- April ’26 Monthly Update
It’s been a weird few months for me, with issues coming one after another. I’ve tried to keep things coming, but focus has been hard. That shouldn’t be an issue for Star Wars Month, though. Where I’ve got thoughts on media and a concept coming. Maul: Shadow Lord starts this month, with two episodes a week until Star Wars Day on 4/May. So, much like other series, I’ll be looking at the opening episodes, then the season as a whole once it’s all out.
As for the other media of the month, The Mandalorian & Grogu releases in May, so now is a good time to look back at the era of The Mandalorian. This look at the series will take a look at the three seasons currently released, as well as The Book of Boba Fett. Since it very much is part of The Mandalorian story. 2019 was the start of something great when it comes to Star Wars TV, which I haven’t covered at all. So now is the time.
The concept for this month is actually a few, as I look at ideas for games within the New Republic era. Inspired by Galactic Racer’s announcement, I noticed there haven’t been any original games that are set in this era until it came along. So, why not look at ideas for games that could take place in this era? I have three that I’ll talk about, with one that features the original trilogy mains.
As for other things, there might be an article or two more. I also might try to get some form of a story out, though I’ve not yet got anything in development. As for photography, I’m still sending things out to see if anyone would like to join me for a photoshoot. With spring now here, I’ll be out on the hill with my camera, so even if not Star Wars related, you’ll still be seeing a few photos posted around.
