  • September 2026 Monthly Update

After an absolutely loaded August thanks to Tiny Teams, the rest of the year is looking less so. At least in terms of what I already know. GTA VI in November, Star Wars: Galactic Racer in October, with the big game of September being Hot Wheel: Infinite Rush. A more open Hot Wheels experience compared to the Unleashed games, I feel I’ll be having a lot of fun with this one.

Before that comes a new Moonlit Critbit. Cats & Dogs was an entertaining movie back when it released in 2001. A fun spy movie about loyalty to family, told through the eyes of the dogs as they work to protect a cure for dog allergies. A surprise arose almost ten years later when a sequel came, which brought cats and dogs together to defend against a singular threat. I’ll be talking about both in this Moonlit Critbit. Along with a mention of the third.

With GTA VI coming ever closer, it is time to wrap up my look back at the previous game of the series. The previous two parts have been about Online, split between general and racing. This third and final part takes a look at what initially made it the fastest selling game of its time. The main single player experience. There’s a lot to enjoy with it and its three protagonists. The experiences that they go through and the threads that hold their relationships together.

Elsewhere, there might be an indie game or two I come across to give a play. There isn’t anything on my radar at the minute, but I’m always looking for new things to be playing. Heavily rumoured is a Nintendo Direct for this month, so there could be some new announcements there for indie games. Along with the big ones. Such as that Ocarina of Time remake.
