With no streams last month owing to summer heat and covid, the Cars franchise focus couldn’t take place. This month, it will. Streams of the games, and an article talking about them. And maybe I’ll through in something about the films, as well. And in a way, it’s fitting that it did get delayed into this month, as Cars On The Road releases to Disney+.
With all nine episodes releasing together on 8/September, the series is – as you’d expect from the title – a road trip. Following Lightning McQueen and Mater as they travel across the US, it’s looking to be a fun ride. I’ll be sure to cover it at some point this month.
For other franchises, Splatoon 3 arrives, so I’ll be giving some experiences on that (or a review if I feel I can). Slime Rancher 2 is also releasing closer to the end of the month. Being an Early Access release, however, this’ll be the first time I publish a first impressions article since I changed how I classified the various review types. Both of these will also be streamed.
Everything I’ve been saying would be streamed these last two months will be happening, with a look around the Hot Wheels expansion of Forza Horizon 5, the first two waves of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe’s Booster Course Pass, and the new Saints Row. I’ll be continuing the career of the Switch version of Wreckfest, and seeing a return to the stream farm on Farming Simulator 22.
The video (or two) of An NPC’s Odyssey will also be arriving this month. I might also be giving a few of my newest races a look on GTA Online. It’s been quite some time since I last featured my custom creations on the channel, so now would be a good time to do so. Along with the video of my creations, I’ll likely stream some creations of others that I’ve found in the return of the streamlists.
In a few days, I’ll have an article up looking at Sonic Frontiers, as I’ve barely covered it since it was announced. There also seems to be a plethora of gaming events this month, such as a Ubisoft Forward and the Disney and Marvel Games Showcase, so if something catches my eye, I’ll be talking of it here.
