After a month away from streaming, I’m still deenergised. But I’m also at least happy enough to get back to it. Everything I’ve been intending to do – including the start of the stream farm on Farming Simulator 22, will happen this month. Along with those comes the new releases of Kirby and the next-gen version of GTA V.
Now, you might be wondering why I’m going for that release of GTA V when I already have a serviceable version with the Xbox One version. So far, we know little beyond mostly technical upgrades, but the best is possibly being saved for closer to its release. What that could possibly mean, I have no idea, but it won’t be some huge expansion – such as northern San Andreas being added seamlessly to the map.
The one thing this release gives me the opportunity to do is a full playthrough of the game once again. This time while live on Twitch. This is the first GTA game I had completed the story of, so to run through it again is sure to bring some memories of that time. There’s every possibility it will run into Star Wars Month, but we’ll see what happens throughout this month.
For articles, it’s once again the anniversary of the Switch, so I’ll be running through what I’ve been playing across the Switch’s fifth year. That LEGO Star Wars article will come out on the 5th – one month before the game releases. I’ve changed tack slightly with it, instead looking those things I want to explore the most from what we’ve seen. The Power Rangers game concept article will also be hitting this month.
As mentioned above, I’ll be getting the new Kirby game, so I’ll be sure to get an experiences article out for that game. I should also – possibly – be doing a first-time play video of it. Whether that’s stream highlights or an original, I have yet to decide. Videos will come slowly, but I do intend to fill out the six slots for the event months of this year. And speaking of videos, GRcade’s Mario Kart Mondays have once again returned.
Every Monday at 21:00 GMT, we of GRcade would join together for some Mario Kart fun. It’s been on hiatus for quite a while, but with the announcement of the booster course pack – bringing 48 new tracks to the game, excitement for it has once again risen. I had created a video showing off some of the action of that first session of its return, and I intend to create one a month for as long as it runs. There’s also talk of a special session happening on the day the first wave of tracks releases, so a special video could also happen.
As well as Star Wars Month in April, it is also five years since my first Kindle book released. The start of the Alternate Halesowen and Beyond series. I will be celebrating with a sale on all the books in the series, as well as two new additions to The Alternate Extras of Halesowen on Wattpad. Keep on the lookout for all of that in April, along with anything else I might have in store for this month.
