After little content for Star Wars Month, I’m cheating a bit with it. This is the month when Celebration happens, after all. Not all content is going to be Star Wars related, but there will be more of it than what appeared last month. The concept article I mentioned last update will come this month, but there’s more to come.
The Obi-Wan Kenobi TV series starts at the end of the month, so I’ll be giving some thoughts on the opening episodes of that. Then there’s Celebration. I won’t be giving it the attention I did in 2019 – where every day had its own article, but I’ll certainly be talking of what happens during it with two articles. The usual pre-event article will also be here.
For streams, I’ll be finishing off LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga then moving onto other things I’ve had interest in streaming. Along with a few classic favourites. One thing there won’t be any of is videos. I’ve been considering it for a while, and had intended with Star Wars Month to go the other way – doubling down on the making of videos while cutting back on streams, but decided I preferred the personal side of streaming.
I’ve been uncertain of a lot of things, and very unfocused, so by doing this I’m trying to get that focus back to where it matters. My writing. Elemental Heroes Volume 2 is starting to come along nicely, as is planning for other works. Those two short stories I added to both Alternate Extras of Halesowen and Shorts of the Rula are part of an expansion to the Alternate Halesowen and Beyond series that I intend to capitalise on.
While not every month, new additions will continue to come to Alternate Extras to complete the expansion of that summer holiday between the group’s two years at the college. The fourth Kindle book following their adventures has been moved to be releasing after the second Elemental Heroes novel. No dates are set for those, of course, but I’m set on releasing a new novel before this year is out.
As for the other expansion ideas… I’m not revealing everything yet. But you will know more sometime this year. Along with other projects. As I’ve said before, I have big plans in regards to my writing. After two years of faltering after making a start on those plans, I’m now poised to really get to it.
