The Bad Batch might have concluded with an excellent final season, but there’s still some Star Wars content coming. Star Wars Day gives us Tales of the Empire, a mini-series that focuses on Barriss Offee and Morgan Elsbeth. There’s also the potential for announcements on the day itself, though I won’t be covering anything but the series unless something very interesting shows itself.
The second story of Sand Land: The Series is now fully out, so I’ll be giving that a look. The first story was a great watch, and the game has been enjoyable, too. So this second story of the series should be just as great. I’m currently seeing how the game portrays this story, and am close to finishing it. So once I do, it’s onto the series and giving my thoughts of it.
Onto games, there’s two I have on my waiting for list ready to buy this month. One of which I have featured on my What I’m Waiting For series. Little Kitty, Big City puts players in the shoes of a kitten lost in the city, trying to find its way back home. Eventually. There’s a lot to enjoy with this one, including finding many hats to dress the kitty in. Great humour, too.
Near the end of the month comes a new remake of a GameCube classic. Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door is considered the best of the series, so I’m looking forward to getting to it. I’ve wanted to try this one before, with this remake seeming like the best way to do that, so I’ll be offering my experiences of it.
Speaking of Nintendo, rumours are circulating again of some news coming about the Switch successor. Whether we get anything or not, I’ve got a series that needs its second entry publishing. Yes, another bout of concepts for games that will launch on the successor to the Switch is coming, with four games being featured this time. Two are simply remasters with some additional content, hence the four games this time.
This should be the month the first preview for Alternate Halesowen and Beyond 4 arrives, with this first chapter shaping up to be a nice opening that ties into both Secrets Behind the Truth and The Future Adventures of Halesowen. I might also get to work on another short for The Alternate Extras of Halesowen on Wattpad, just as a bit more exposure for the series.
