December ’22 Monthly Update

It’s the first of December, meaning the Jingle Jam is here once again! This year, there’s over 80 games totalling more than £1000 worth of value, all for giving £35 to charity. The Yogscast have already shown off some of the games that will be featured this year, including You Suck At Parking and Factory Town. It is incredible value to help some incredible charities, and I’ll be looking at some of the games featured in the collection across the month.

You’ll have noticed that content has dropped again. No streams and just a few articles. I’ve been taking it easy across the month of November having stressed out some chest muscles at the beginning of the month. It’s slow healing, even with doing little to give the healing the best chance possible. While I got the game reviews up, I did little else for the site, focusing instead on my CultureSlate articles. ‘Cus yes, since August, I’ve been with them as a volunteer writer, and enjoying it a lot.

So, this month, I’m also taking things slow. I still want to do the Los Santos Snowfall content on GTA Online that I’ve been doing each year, but I’ve got nothing else planned in terms of video content. During the days Jingle Jam runs – that being 1st to the 14th, any article I put out will point toward the Jingle Jam at the end, especially as the only articles of the month will be experiences articles about those games I’m playing from the collection.

That means no truck driving game concept, and no Andor review for this month. I’ll leave my thoughts about Andor until close to the second season release, even if that takes more than a year to arrive. The truck driving game concept should be one of those published in January, along with maybe a few more of those from the collection. The same also goes for new story content on Wattpad.

If you’re wanting to join in on some of the Jingle Jam fun, you can head on over to the Yogscast Twitch, where the first day of content is already under way.
